"My brother moved in to these apartments for convenience, and the entire thing has been horrible. I am his transaction coordinator so I would have to speak on his behalf when he is out traveling. Let me mention this has never been a problem before. First they gave him a unit that smelled like human urine, and gave him a hard time when he wanted to transfer to a new one The AC has not worked since move in date 12/31. It is now 1/27/2024 (which is illegal). Resident never got clear instructions on how to submit work orders, and they refused to take one when we called in to report it over the phone. It took two weeks for resident to figure out how to get the issue resolved. Elizabeth at the front desk is very rude and talks over people, and does not know how to communicate effectively. escalating the situation further. Speaks to people as if they are ignorant. Please don’t waste your time here. There are much more hospitable places with better environments."

"Worst place to live. We’ve asked management to come try to fix some of these horrible conditions and NO ONE HAS came to help us despite the many times we asked to take a look. These are roach infested apartments literally living outside the complex. The lights don’t even work and we pay the light bill literally for no reason. No matter how much we ask the repair mans won’t fix anything. There is barely any parking due to neighbors saving spots. Visitors often come leaving no parking for the residents. Some neighbors are nice and friendly but most are rude. I cannot wait to leave. Security does not do a well job. We have had two vheicles stolen it’s not a safe neighborhood here. The worst place to live. Please save your money and the stress. Don’t get me wrong i’m so grateful to have a roof over my head but i cannot stand another day in this complex"
