"Do not live here! I have been a resident for about 2 years now and I’m at my wits end. Not only was my car window broken into but my apartment is currently contaminated with black mold! When approaching the staff about this issue, they didn’t make my health a priority and tried simply dusting the mold off as a remedy. There is constant filth on the property, and overall isn’t a good option. You can find better options in Houston. STAY AWAY FROM HAVEN AT MAIN."

"There is constantly litter everywhere in addition to dog poop everywhere. There is also a predatory towing practice in the garage. Guests must park in guest parking only and require a permit issued from an app. This app only allows you to issue a permit for 24 hours, you are unable to extend the permit until the existing permit expires, and you are only able to issue a permit to the same license plate 3 days in a row before being blocked for 24hrs. The lease states that you may have guests for up to 7 days; therefore, if one were to take advantage of that, the guest's car may be towed. No warnings are issued. The craziest part is that there is always plenty of guest parking. A car of one my guests was towed in the middle of the night simply because the permit expired in the middle of the night and I fell asleep before I was able to extend it. No warning. They are looking for any and every opportunity to make money off of you. I strongly discourage anyone from moving in here"

"Haven at Main has been nothing but stellar, even before I moved in. Juan, the assistant property manager, worked tirelessly with me to help figure out issues that were preventing me from being approved. I moved in back in June of 2023 and the experience has been just what I expected. The staff is always reachable and ready to accommodate where they can. The maintenance is always prompt to answer requests. The communication surrounding the whole property is great. This apartment complex gives you that luxury feel for a price that won't break your pocket. It's in a great area as well. Just an all around great place to live."
