"Property overall is a 10 and well kept! Maintenance is very responsive, office team is exceptional except Dylan. When he first started he seem to be a nice guy but later turned into a gossip “girl”"

"It’s a clean and quiet complex that is maintained very well. Residents keep to themselves and don’t make messes or leave garbage out. I’ve talked to a couple of them and they’re polite and welcoming as are Dylan, Lakisha, and Kristina at the front office. They’re also really intense about issue resolution, often responding immediately to any inquiries I’ve sent them. Some residents do leave garbage out by the trash chute so I think they should install a camera and fine the few disrespectful residents. Otherwise I’m really glad I got in."

"I’ve had a bad experience when applying here. At first everything was great I let them know what I was looking for and the kind of unit I wanted. After a few days I made a choice and we agreed on a specific apartment. I was approved and ready to move in. They told me we’ll email with more details the next day to start the process but they stopped communicating with me. After that I did not hear from them for over 10 days, they never answered the phone over there and didn’t return my emails either. When I called and finally someone answered they said they were busy, quoting, “in the middle of something “ they said they’ll call me back but never did. Finally, after 12 days, they get back to me and seemed like they forgot everything we talked about (apartment size, moving in dates, etc) and the unit I agreed to take and was offered by them at first was not available anymore, they sent me offers of the wrong apartments with the wrong available moving in dates. I just didn’t feel like start all over and telling them again and again what I wanted. I was very interested in moving in here but they didn’t seem to care, I just finally decided to go somewhere else."

"I’ve been living on property today makes 6months and I absolutely love living here. The management staff is absolutely fantastic… Kristina is the young lady that helped me move into my beautiful home… I’m very pleased with my choice! She has been very professional I felt accepted and appreciated . I have recommended my co- workers to this property. They love their residence. They actually gave us A little party last night my last apartment complex did absolutely nothing for us! Awesome Job to the management staff!!! I love it here!!!!!!"

"On Oct 31,2023 I went to view the property hoping to lease. The staff was amazing as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with positive energy. Lanisha took me on a tour of the property and I absolutely loved it. The only reason I am unable to move in is because there are no two bedrooms available. But I will continue to check because I absolutely have to live here."
