"Since I can't give less than one star for using excuses to not give the whole amount of my deposit. I changed the locks because someone tried to get in to the house and damaged the old lock. I notified the Mgr about it and said was OK with that. After move out the Mgr deducted $200 from the deposit for not putting back the broken not to mention old lock."
