"My experience at this apartment community has been extremely frustrating. Despite trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I've encountered numerous issues in my nearly six months of residency. Can you believe I've had to submit nineteen service requests already? What's even more astounding is that half of these were for hot water alone, with the first instance occurring within my first month here. Talk about a less-than-stellar first impression! Furthermore, another one of the ongoing problems I've reported is a continuously running toilet in my master bedroom. Despite being assured in November that it would be replaced, I'm still stuck with the same issue in February. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating to be promised a resolution and then see no action taken. As a full-time student juggling two jobs, the lack of hot water is particularly challenging. There have been instances where I've gone without it for over three days, forcing me to resort to boiling water on the stove for basic hygiene needs. It's an incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable situation to be in. I've tried addressing these issues with the office, and while they initially seemed willing to help, the lack of progress is disheartening. It's reached a point where it's becoming ridiculous, and I can't ignore the truth in the negative reviews I've read about this community. Overall, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and works towards resolving them promptly. It's even more frustrating to note that despite always paying my rent ahead of time, I still face constant inconveniences. Adding insult to injury, my rent is over $100 more, primarily due the water billing. It's a situation that's so absurd, I can't help but laugh to avoid sinking into frustration. The fact that I'm paying for a service that's consistently unreliable is disheartening. It's clear that the management needs to prioritize fixing these issues rather than burdening residents with additional costs for subpar amenities. In conclusion, while I maintain a sense of humor to cope with the situation, it's crucial for management to address these concerns promptly and fairly. Residents shouldn't have to endure such inconveniences, especially when they're already paying for a comfortable living environment."

"Everything bad that anyone says about this place is true! I moved here from out of state in May 23’ and was misled! I’ve put in about 20 work orders and only about 5 actually got fixed and only after waiting for an out-of-pocket amount of time, I’m talking weeks to over a month! This place is a hazard throughout and the posted rent prices are a lie! I pay nearly 100 more on fees! These apartments are like a lemon car. Pictures and videos are worth a thousand words in court and no auto-generated response from management is going to take away these facts or make anything better!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE, I signed a lease contract back in 05/2023. Since I moved here, I have had several and I mean several work orders and maintenance request for the apartment that I'm currently living in. I have had my apartment flooded due to Improper installation of the washing machine. Other factors that play a part of These apartments are, I've had trouble with my air conditioning unit, A ceiling fan has fell out of the wall alm ost knocking me out. My fire alarm was not set up, I've injured myself due to improper installation of shelves etc. I have also had the shelving in the apartment fall/ break out of the wall. Just a plethora of maintenance requests that were not done correctly due to the lack of a maintenance team and a handyman. My dishwasher was not working, and my door foundation is cracked. When the old mgmt team sent some1 out, those guys did not fix the issue, just made it worse. which causes further damage to my items. and which causes me to clean up a mess that was not caused by me. It is now October of 2023 and I cannot get ahold of any one in the apartments. I have an issue with my fridge and they are completing tickets Maintenance tickets completed when it's not completed, the new ppl in the office are lying!!! I've tried to call I've been put on hold and hung up on. They do not answer the phone. They're not responding to any type of messaging. I've been at home for the past two weeks off from work on vacation. No one has came into my unit to look at anything. They're lying. They're not answering phone. They have nasty attitudes. Do not move here on top of that The extra utility fees are ridiculous. You have to pay for usage and also pay for having the utility etc water gas trash sewer usage fees along with paying a base set fee for "HUD". It's not worth it, not for this neighborhood, and not for this area Don't let them bamboozle you like I've been bamboozled. I was tricked into moving into a unit that was not fully inspected or ready to be moved into. Also, my floors are uneven. They're bubbled. So I knew there was prior water damage before moving in. The hot water is off every other month. This place is ridiculous and so is their staff. The old management, too, tried to help as much as they could, but certainly. certain things were out of their hand. My next step is to contact corporate and I am seriously thinking about taking these people to small claims court so I can get out of here!!!!!"

"I moved with my family three months ago from another state, and I have to say it's been awesome! The whole management team helped us so much to make this move as smooth as possible. They showed us the apartment virtually because we couldn't come in person, and when we arrived, it was exactly as they told us. We are very happy! Special thanks to Tijana, the manager, for all her support and excellent service. Highly recommended if you want to move here!"

"Me and my fiancé drove an hour to tour a one bedroom apartment which was confirmed over the phone. As we got there there were no one beds to tour. We were lied to about what amenities were in the apartment and they were extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend as getting ahold of them was a hastle each day even after signing a lease online. They are very unorganized as well. If you want reliable do not move here."
