"Lived here for a month. My apartment had at least 1 RAT that I saw with my own eyes the first night there. They claimed no one else had issues and that pest control couldn’t find anything. The customer service is horrible and the communication is even worse. Be aware they will not show you the apartment until the day you move in, the only one they show is of course cleaned and staged. I tried multiple times to get reimbursed for the money loss spent on groceries ruined (fridge went out and no one came for 2 days) and supplies to handle the pest issue myself. This apartment is a huge waste of time and money. A couple of photos where the rat chewed through the wood to get out and it’s little paw prints in the baking soda I put out."

"Please be aware these apartments are beyond roach infested. No matter how much you clean/spary they come by the millions. Also because they change management often please not only have the sign off on things make sure when you turn your move out notice you keep it because the new management will say you didn’t turn it in and even when you turn your keys in make them sign something saying you turned in your keys because they will lie and say you didn’t turn in neither and try to charge you market rent and key replacement. And if you don’t pay they WILL put it on your credit."

"I’ve been living here for about a year now. Management has changed and my boyfriend and I had our hopes up to see some bright new changes. Unfortunately, we have not seen much change other than some decorations in the front. I appreciate our apartment.. it’s nice on the inside. But communication between us and management has been the most difficult thing we’ve encountered. Every email complaint we have sent has gotten short responses with no action. You have to call 15+times to get through to someone. One time I called 20+times with no response.. my boyfriend called once and the phone was answered.we had the same issues with previous management so we were hoping that we would get better treatment with our new management. But that was not the case. We are really professional and understanding, but honestly if you’re looking for a place that will communicate with you and put your needs first, this is not the place. I’m tired of trying to communicate and being patient while waiting for results.."

"I live in Apartment 913 , I’m in the process of Trying to move me and my family out of these Apartments they are not clean and no matter if you speakin span your home the Roaches just don’t go away …it like every time someone moves out they retreat to the next place. THE APARTMENTS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS we have been requesting them to fix our apartment or move us into a new one with no problems but nobody has ever come to fix anything or help us , the apartments carpets are mildewing out of nowhere, ceiling producing mold and roaches just don’t go away. MY WIFE IS PREGNANT FOR GOD SAKE she can’t be around things like this …they betta come fix Apt 913 before I get the law envolved because this isn’t right at all."
