The noteworthy aspect to highlight is the outstanding service provided by the management, particularly Amanda and Lily, who consistently offered prompt and diligent responses to all inquiries. The maintenance staff also deserves recognition for their efforts in delivering good service."

"Terrible customer service. I went on 10-06 to ask about an apartment, the leasing person named Lily, required us to provide our personal information: phone number and email to tour the apartment. When I refused to provide the info she started arguing, that it was required. Then she asked the manager and she was told that it was not needed. Then she started arguing (while interrupting me during the conversation), that she needed it to do follow-up, and for safety reasons (I wonder what was she implying?), again terrible experience!!"

"This place doesn’t deserve a 4.4 star. Is been numerous times that cars get broken into and all 4 wheels stolen. Today about 30 cars, passenger or driver side windows were broken into. There is a gate to enter the garage that has been non-functional for over 6 years, I hope this gets resolved very soon. If nothing is done, HAA is next. And if you’re a resident here I advise you to do the same. Below are pictures of multiples cars that got broken into. Just to show you a few. Not safe to live in this community. Look elsewhere."
