"My late aunt lived there with her family about 40 years ago, and I believe she was the manager there. It was a pretty nice complex back then, and my younger brother and I spent many a weekend day visiting them and going swimming in the pool. Nowadays, it seems to be a bit rundown and I don't think I'd want to live there if I'd ever have to live in an apartment. I think this place may eventually become extinct thanks to Spring Branch's gentrification. The property taxes in Spring Branch are insane!"

"These Apts are the best! The office staff are a blessing! Denise is amazing. Rarely ever need maintenance and when I do they are here right after the call! No parking issues no neighbor issues no cop issues. I have nothing negative to say about the Apts at all. I believe there is a waiting list to get in though but it’s because ppl rarely move out...they may not look the best on the outside but they are beautiful inside! That is what matters and because of that there’s rarely anything wrong with the Apts! Definitely recommend"
