"My AC hasn't worked since I moved in. Leasing office says it will be fixed but never does. It doesn't go below 76 in my apartment. I brought my own personal unit after I was promised to get a "temporary window unit". That didn't happen either. Rent is cheap and the apartment is clean with no roaches nor mold. The leasing office is friendly overall but I'm disappointed in the lack of due diligence. My corner floods and windows don't have glass but plastic screens instead."
