"On Tuesday the ac maintenance enter to the apartment and the stole some money and a gold chain They say to call the police and make a report and thats what I did The front desk hasn't done nothing about it Imagine having valuable stuff in “my own safe place” and just random people come and still what I have work for. They hire unprofessional people and criminals. They don't want to do nothing about it I call the office to se if they have find who did it (because they know who) and they don't answer"
"Monica is a very awesome nd bless manager here at Estates@springbranch. It's a loving nd peaceful environment to live in. Her staff is awesome! Her assistant Daisy is a blessing to allot of us. I wouldn't move anywhere else. I love it here!!!!!"
"I went to tour the property and a very informative young lady named Juliana assistaed me . She was so attentive to my needs . I would be living there right now but they did not have any 2 bedrooms renovated available for when I need it . Too bad but I would recommend to go talk with Juliana if your in the market for a one bed room . Thank you Juliana you were real amazing ."
"You do not want to move in to this place. The property is severely run-down and under-maintained, their management is rude and always seemed like they didn't want to talk, the pool gate is always locked (even in the summer), is always green and disgusting, and their maintenance never shows up during the time window they said they would. The nice pictures on google are mostly from when they were Gentry House (when it was actually pretty and look maintained). This place is as budget-cut as it gets. My apartment was completely sprayed down in white spray paint (typical landlord approach). They sprayed over everything including trash, bugs, dust, and broken fixtures. The air vent in the restroom was broken and only hanging on because the white spray paint stuck to the dust and hardened. The tub was disgusting and the wall tiles in the shower were held together by, you guessed it,.. white spray paint. The tow truck company they partner with are some of the most low-life and disgusting (dare I call them human beings) people you will ever meet. They are sharks and will tow anybody the second they can. Literally, in seconds, your car or your visitor's car is gone. Apparently the property manager is married to the tow truck driver who owns that tow company, so it only makes sense that they were in it together to make more money off the predominantly low-income families that lived there. The parking is awful. Each apartment, from what I was told, is only supposed to allow 2 cars because of how few spots there are, but seems that mgmt didn't honor that because there were some families with well over 2 cars which means goodluck finding a spot to park in your gated apartment complex that you pay for. I had to frequently park outside the gate, across the street, because of how few spots there were at times. But hey, at least the management office is brand new and modern-looking! Save yourself the stress and embarrassment of living here, and spend a little more money to get a better place to live than this one."
"Worst apartment's ever. They have security and officers there on property performing private security or contract security for the complex that are harassing individuals on property. There are no signs that say anything on property about trespassing nor is there a gate in the entrance. The manager or the owner of the complex has failed to prove any of trespassing on the property the police station themselves in the complex asking everyone who enters for ID when no one has done anything wrong. I Advised for everyone to avoid this property not worth living in. You will be harassed by people in uniform and unmarked vehicles."
