"My tires were stolen twice and they still did not put up cameras or hire security that was not sleep during their shift. After I threaten to broke my least they put up a device with lights at the gate. The gates would be broke every 2 weeks, If not less. ROACH INFESTATION, that I was charged for after move out when I saw roaches before even moving any furniture. There is not enough parking. The trash is always overflowing. I was charged $150 cleaning fee for a pile of lint, I forgot to pick up in the laundry room. They did do some events for family like movie night and they gave out candy bags for halloween. 2/13/2024 edit I moved out in 2023, how was that over 3 years ago. Stop the lies! I have the screenshot of the itemized bills, & $150 cleaning fee for a pile of lint & something in the sink, stop the cap. I sweep & mopped that whole apartment expect the laundry room. Now I’ll remove a star for the lies you tell. Then let’s not forget y’all called me months after I paid the move out fee saying I still needed to pay. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"place sucks , securety never patrols around , just chills in front , had my tires stolen and reported it to the office and all they said was , sorry to hear that , avoid avoid!! during spring when flowers are planted . well they only plant them in the front and throughout the rest of the property well looks like scar took over when simba ran away!"

"*New resident leaving a review about my experience and will update in 6 months. * So far I only have great things to say about my experience. Management and Sonia in particular from day 1, viewing the apartments to signing a lease and moving in, have been wonderful. Communication was always very quick and so far any and all concerns upon move in were addressed within a timely manner. There are lots of cars and limited parking, but they were transparent about that from day 1 so I expected not to be able to park right in front of my door all the time. Neighbors so far have been friendly, happy families with no loud pets, music, or children even during the day. Overall for the monthly price, I am very happy with the one bedroom unit I am in. It was very well cleaned upon move in (see pictures attached) with little to no damages to anything. My first impressions are very high and I look forward to living here happily long term."
