"By far the WORST apartment complex ever. They allow ow service to do whatever they want. I’ve been towed 4 times in 3 months. I had a visitor hang tag on the dash because it wouldn’t stay hanging from rear view-towed. My disability plaque fell but was visible through the window-towed. I parked in a spot and partially on the line where there was no parking spot next to me-towed. My visitor code was expired for less than an hour-towed. And the apts charged me $50 For a temporary parking pass for my rental because my car was in the shop. But the fee is nowhere in the lease agreement."

"Days without hot water, maintenance slow. At the end of contract did a walk thru with management, management said the apartment was in great condition, 4 months after move out still no re-imbursement, now this month stating that charges were applied because of having to paint the apartment while during my stay, I was the only occupant, gone all day, did not place anything on the walls to have them charge me 300 for paint? Ridiculous...."

"I’ve been in these apartment for about 7 months. It was a bit rocky at first only because I had to get a good understanding of things, but it’s been peaceful. I had a rough time paying my rent but Julie has worked with me on that to where I’m still able to have a place for my child and I. My neighbors are not rude and they’re considerate of their noise and partying."

"These are the worst apartments the landlord julie is a scammer an refuse to fix property up i only been here 5 mnths an already having major problems she filed an eviction on me because i told her I wasn’t paying any late fees due to conditions of the apartment so she filed a false eviction on me an im currently paying on that but she still wants me out i have taken legal action to file a law suite against the property ive been nice an calm to long these apartments need to be under new management asap they are scamming ppl out of there money in the office just not julie everyone in the office an the apartments need to be torn down an rebuilt I’ve contacted abc 13 news ,kenn paxton attorney law an higher legal action ppl as well as notifying the health department of Houston housing"
