"Lease is up in January I’m getting charged additional fees because I never notified then I was moving in 60days lease is up if I didn’t renew I shouldn’t be charged a 60 day move out fee, no notice of 60 day moveout they sosay sent emails I never received, but I received all emails if they are trying to fine me for trash violation. Everything is about a dollar rent never the same price monthly. Anything to keep your deposit$. If you need maintenance in the middle of the night they don’t respond to next business day, I have items out of my apartment that I’m missing. Roach infested apartments, pool was out the whole summer, trashy. Bad area to live I moved in January 2023 they had 4 shootings and just random gun fire, unsafe place to live. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here."

"I moved here in April. I was so happy when Brandon gave me my keys! He is always so polite and is never bothered by helping out. Giovanna helped me through my leasing process, she was so patient and made sure that all information was in on time on my end, friendly reminders and extra were definitely not out of her way to provide. I love the complex! I love how pet friendly they are and the maintenance men are very prompt and quick to respond to concerns, as I found that out today! Being from out of town I was cautious about my surroundings but I was quickly able to become comfortable! I'm very happy with the staff and life here at Bella Vida! "

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It is a BAIT and SWITCH!! I used to live here and have Real photos to prove how terrible this place is!! Their ad to this place are Lies!! They have people Rate the Place BEFORE they see their Apartment and that is the reason why there are some good Ratings on here. This place is Old and Dirty, plus it is a POOR HOOD environment (Not Safe). Also Lazy Management and Out of Date Broken Hosing Appliances. Also you cannot get your Refund for your Security Deposit if you decide to leave. Save your Time and Money and look somewhere else."
