"We had water damages to our apartment due to our neighbors upstairs and they came to demolish our walls and expect us to live in these conditions. No sympathy and give you a run around things as to why they accommodate or two at least minimum make situations better. Property manager denied to relocate us while they make changes !"

"Terri Arnold- Property Manager - THE RUDEST, disrespectful, condescending , vile attitude. My mother whom was disabled resided in the apartments for 10+ years. On 9/19 she passed away from natural causes. I was informed via telephone by Terri at 6:50 pm  that the paramedics were being dispatched to my mothers unit. Upon my arrival, the same time as the paramedics they had to “force entry” The officers and several neighbors heard Arnold say”she didn’t want the the door broke and wait for maintenance to drill” A door should never be priority VERSES the SAFTEY, HEALTH and WELL BEING of a HUMAN in an emergency situation. Unfortunately, my mother was found deceased. I followed appropriate protocol with the police, funeral home On 9/20 around noon I arrived on property to the office to let them know I needed information on vacating my mother unit after her passing. Ms.Ashley the assistant was very nice and showed.the problem occurred as soon as Ms.Arnold came around the corner with a complete dismissive attitude and show no regards to the passing of my mother. She started stating the following: -you only have 10 days and we have to get in there and clean because there was a deceased body and bodily fluids and the gas from the body and I had to fill out a report and since you already been in the unit you weren’t supposed too. etc etc. Again- I have no problem with protocols, etc but she never once acknowledged my mother, her former tenant is no longer with us then started “ranting and raving” about a contaminated  apartment. The apartment was NOT contaminated nor did the police or medical examiner restrict access to the unit. She made ALL of this up and was VERY rude while loud - disrespectful talking to me as I’m crying in front of her. I explained to her I needed a few days to formulate a plan to remove my mothers items and would have everything out by the day she told me (10 days from the 19th) It kept getting worse - the PM kept playing games and spreading lies denying access to the unit even as I followed protocol on 9/25/23 T.Arnold denied access to my mothers unit- again. Stating the apartment was contaminated with gas and a was considered a bio hazard. I received and email fowardwd from the assistant manager that a bio hazard company was coming to do test on the unit and the lie elaborated story Ms.Arnold told them and the suggested to not remove any thing until they inspected. I spoke to biohazard company they contracted and they were nice enough to speak to me as he was on property. As of Friday when the PM sent a biohazard company to inspect the unit, it was cleared and there was NOT ANY EVIDENCE of contamination. I sent the appropriate paper work for the pick up person to have access to the unit to pick up the washer and dryer and WAS NOT notified by the apartments of any additional testing. 9/25 The pick up person stated they denied access and told him the lie elaborated story and he was not able to remove the washer and dryer. the Property Manager would not speak to me but told the person who answered the phone (could hear PM in background) That she received an email from corporate that stated none one could enter the unit and an air quality test was needed. I did not receive any notification regarding additional testing and spoke to the Regional Manager FIRST OF All, the audacity. Who has time to deal with unnecessary stress during the loss of a mother. I was going to and did remove all items and clean the apartment. SECOND the audacity to show ZERO compassion or empathy for a FELLOW HUMAN, resident and family who just encountered a loss. The PM continued to create her own rules to obstruct me from removing my mothers personal items. I had to eventually call the Constable officer on her.Needless to say, the constables showed up and she stopped playing with me after that. I do not wish for anyone to endure such unfair and inhumane treatment. Teresa Arnold is NOT fit to work in any public sector. Avenue 5 revamp ENTIRE management strategies and implement the BASIC RULES of Respect and kindness"

"I am a resident at Brookside Gardens appointments I currently am in a three bedroom apartment in my master bedroom. I have been having ants in there for five months now I have reported the issue to maintenance and to the office they have came to exterminate, but I have inform the office manager that exterminator is not helping now I have ants all on my living room wall me and my youngest daughter are allergic to them, I have informed the office again today and they told me that it was not top priority issue so I’m paying rent for a three bedroom apartment and I cannot sleep in my own room. I have to sleep in my daughters room"

"They ruin lives, and credit. They also do fraud! This new management came in and made everything worst. Illegal Evictions , Texas Rent Relief Scams, They also refused section 8 tenants rights, but still accepts the payments leaving them in a bind. It’s bad terrible poor landlord behavior. Terry is Satan in the flesh. I have seen so many families displaced because of her. She is running this place in the ground! So many families are homeless due to her lies, and others are facing hardships with application fees. She blacklists tenants she doesn’t get along with. They don’t even deserve the one ⭐️"
