"Insulation in these buildings is incredibly poor. If you like AC during the heat, expect electrical bills around $2-300. Also they are incredibly tow happy which is frustrating. Had a visitor pass for a while. The day to renew the office was closed. Thought no big deal, I'll renew tomorrow. That exact day of expiration they towed it."

"Used to live here a while back but moved out due to an emergency. The apartment we stayed at was decent nothing bad. The rooms were good and the layout was basic. Beautiful place in some occasions but fathers trunk door was stolen and no cameras were at the corner of the parking lot. It's a decent place if your looking for a quiteish living."

"Been living here for about 5 years already, i can’t complain at all. Apartments are well taking care of. Stoves, fridges, and dishwasher are all usually new. When something is wrong in the apartment they are very quick and efficient fixing it . All the gates are close, there is cameras everywhere for security and we love it. Also the kiosk is super nice to hang out with kiddos or throw a little birthday party"
