"This is a roach and rodent infested place. The trash is always overflowing on the ground, which draws the mice. There are only three dumpster on each side of the complex, 6 in total, and they fill up quickly. Then the trash is all over the place it looks horrible. [See photos below]. It is so embarrassing when I have guests. These apartments are just nasty. If you're looking for a little peace and quiet, this is not the place. The neighbors are disrespectful. I live downstairs, and all day and night, children are running across the floor, things are being drugged across the floor, and they even beat drums loudly. Another neighbor plays music extremely loud. I can't even hear my own TV. I have to call and report it 5 times before management comes over and tells them to stop. When it is HOT outside, it is HOTTER INSIDE. NO AIR. When it is COLD OUTSIDE, it is COLDER INSIDE. NO HEAT. There is no central air and heat. There is a boiler system, and it is the worst. It has been here for over 30 years. I was told that there was a new boiler, but last summer, it was extremely hot inside the apartment when you walked in. I reported it every day, and I was told daily that the people were working on it, but they lied because no one ever showed up. The City of Houston needs to inspect this property and then condemn this property. It is dirty and nasty! The mice and roaches are out of control. You can hear mice squeaking all over the apartment. This is totally unnerving! Mice and roaches poop are inside the kitchen cabinet. Roach legs are also inside the kitchen cabinet. [See photos below]. I had to throw out all my drinking glasses. Mice poop was all over the kitchen cabinet and stove, I put on my gloves and cleaned them with bleach. I also leave bleach on the cabinets when I leave home. This seems to keep them away for a while. I don't even cook in my own kitchen anymore. When I reported it, management added me to a list for pest control, but they only come on Tuesdays. They spend less than 5 minutes in your apt spraying one or two squirts in a few places. They say they're putting out some mouse traps, then they're gone, but the roaches and mice are still here. This apartment is a dump. Please, please, please don't move here! Run from this place, there's a reason why the price is so cheap, DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! It is a trick and trap. You will regret it!!!! They don't offer 6 month leases. They only offer 12 or 13 month leases! I will NOT RENEW ANOTHER LEASE IN THIS DUMP!!!!"

"An event happened outside of the complex and i was able to speak with the Manager who was extremely helpful and provided me with her time and was able to assist me. Words cannot express how grateful i am that she was there to assist me."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! The front office are very rude. I live here not even a year yet I get my mail got stalling . when u try to call the office they don’t Even pick up the phones , if they do they just hang up afterwards . I can’t wait for the corporate to get on them . And I don’t know why the lady in the front office going through people mailbox . I saw it one morning after that my mail got stolen . Oh and there’s a dog poop everywhere around the apartment is so nasty."
