"ac has been down 3 times and all 3 times they say they will fix it and end up fixing it only if you keep calling and complaining. im in high risk pregnancy and all i got today back was that its to late to fix when cleary i have been telling them all day and just say that someone is on their way and i talked to the owner and she said she had no report on it. and then said its to late for anything ame she will see and hung up on my face. worst maintnance ever. rude staff. all they worry is about rent but not in fixing anything. breaking my lease for this reason."

"We pay 1365 in rent and for two months the dishwasher has been ruined and the stove only works on two screws and the worst of all is that we have no light in the dining room every day we report but no one comes to fix it and now there is only so much patience I am looking for the CITY number TO REPORT."

"This place is nice I've been living here for about 4montha now the name has changed and has new management the insides have been redone so I have granite counter tops hard wood floors and whenever I need anything fixed which is rare they cone right out no rodents the only thing I can say negative is I wish they had a 24 hour gym and I wish they would send an invoice of your rent and water bill like other complex besides that I'm fine none bothers my family and I and someone is always walking the property to ensure its clean and safe"
