"I live in the apartment complex NEXT to this dump. There is a constant stream of loud ass music, yelling, screaming, and general disrespect comeling from the cesspool. Try calling the office.... Number is disconnected. Sad state of affairs here in Houston"

"Roof leaks, air-conditioner barley works, toilet runs out of water so you have to keep refilling it, smells in the stair way, gnats everywhere. But hey we need a place to stay so."

"These Apartment are the worse ever! Ac never works, theres rats they eat your food in the counters and leave there poop everywhere... people's dogs poop everywhere. Mold in the restrooms tubs and sinks.. a hobo lives in a healthier environment.. i dont recommend these apartments to anybody.. when ever you call the office for any repairs they never answer. The office always says its open but theres never anyone there. The staff sucks."
