"DONT MOVE HERE!!! The office staff is unprofessional last minute on telling you that you have to move. They don’t fix anything the apartments are rat and bed bug infested and they don’t care how you live as long as the rent is paid. City of Houston is constantly in the apts they are always getting cited for something. If you go into the office read all the notices on the wall or on the front door that is orange. Cheap is not always good guys."
"Nothing gets done about anyrhing around here, roaches and gnats wont go away! When r u gonna tell the tenants that have all bills paid are no longer gonna have all bills paid? Thats right people, new managements making us pay tge light bill when we renew the lease! Tell the people with one of them threatening emails yall send us once a month for rent!"
