"I have lived here at Creekbend sinste 2017 after Hurricane Harvey flooding displaced me. I've been very satisfied with the property and management team. Alicia has been a key part of my pleasant experience because she has made sure my maintenance requests and other property concerns are handle promptly and professionally. My maintenance requests have been resolved within 24hrs ,48 at the most. If something needs replacing ,it is replaced and not patched up! I have good neighbors and haven't experienced any crime since I've been here and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable location and quiet community to live in."

The property is very clean, they make sure to clean up any trash every morning. When it comes to security, The Reserve have a security guard that walks the property nightly.
