"This complex wasn't bad until they changed management. There's an issue with the pipes about once or twice just about every month, sometimes without notice or a few hours before they cut the water. They hike up the price with no upgrades, I've been waiting on a working dish washer for over 4 months, and now they're going to charge fees just to pay rent. It seems they've only gotten concerned with monetary gain for themselves and less concerned about the tenants."
