"So we lived here from 2015-2016...for starters, nice apartment. However, Elba, the manager, filed for eviction and we went to court. I had my evidence showing I paid, their lawyer was confused and asked for an appeal because our numbers weren't showing anything faulty other than paperwork...the judge said no. It is now 2024...Elba was guided on a three way phone call from the courts (call recorded) on how to lift the eviction off of my name due to me also paying off the collection agency in full. She said she does not do that for anybody even with everyone knowing the gap is 7 years...harsh..but okay. She basically won't do her part when it comes to sending a company head letter stating they release our names from judgement but she told me ans the guy and the recorder the same thing, no. Sounds like someone is stealing company time but okay..I called tarrantino properties but they never returned my call. It's alot of opinions about this and that and yet they over look the facts. She didn't and still won't do her job so no I cannot recommend."

"This apartment is located on the first floor with a balcony. It is simple, cosy, modern, and bright. This apartment is great for accommodating up 2 people. The apartment also has the essential amenities one would need. The Apartment Manager and staff have been overall kind and helpful to me."

"Our move in process was really smooth in regards to commodity and settling in. The area we are renting in is quiet despite finding dog droppings here and there which it sucks because kids step on. Other than that we took care of fixing some items on our behalf, such as caulking and roach killer spray since we found the windows infested with roaches (believe from previous tenants). Our former apartment complex are rat and roach infested and break ins, and so far here i have only seen a few roaches after our method, it's quiet, and now it feels great! Wish the pool was open more days. When placing a request to fix something isn't a same day thing. Trash area are not over flowing like other places. It's a bit pricy but worth it for feeling comfortable. I have read all reviews and felt iffy before moving in but i think the place is great. Thank you."
