"We been living here for many years. They put us in a apartment that they never fixed. The first day the key to the apartment was the wrong key. I reported it and they did nothing. All the appliances does not work. Reported it and nothing was done. AC did not work for 5 years. Reported it and nothing was done until they wanted me to take out a window unit and I told them to fix the AC first. The roof leaks and have ceiling damage because of it. Reported it and nothing happened. Try to get a reserved parking spot. Paid $50.00 and got ripped off. The only time they fixed anything in my apartment is when the neighbors complained about a leak is coming from my apartment. Oh if anybody wants pictures I have plenty on file with me and a lawyer."

"All these nice comments about the manager ROSE are LIES. She probably had people write them down for her! she is so rude and has no respect for tenants what so ever, she does events for kids, probably the only "nice" thing she does. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND, and sooner or later she will be jobless for being disrespectful. Some of us know really important people, so she needs to watch out who she is rude too."

"Management and office staff are lazy. We have had maint. Up here 6 times over the a/c they all told me that the coils need to be replaced manager wont let them replace the a/c unit so we are stuck here with 2 kids and a/c that doesn't work and a heater that brely work. Bugs here are out if control all the buildings have roaches in them and are not sealed so bugs get in. Building are not lever so as u walk around things move and fall even. The management here doesn't care. If you are not Hispanic she will not help you whatsoever.And even if.you are she still.screws you over constantly. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"The manager is unreasonable and does not care about tenants. My AC went out every week for almost 2 months, taking them a week or longer to fix it each time. Tenants will get towed out of the parking lot randomly even with a parking permit (happened to me 3 times in less than a year). I was told by the manager when I moved in that she didn't care about having animals as long as there aren't too many, then she turned around and told me I wasn't allowed to have my dog. Would not recommend to anybody unless they're ready to deal with an extremely rude staff who never answers the office phone or does their job."
