"I moved in since December 8th to an all “ renovated” unit. List of everything that to THIS DAY IM STILL WAITING ON THESE TO BE FIXED: The appliances are from the 80s ( I was told I was getting them new) AC does not work Cabinets/ drawers don’t close A toilet doesn’t flush correctly Doors don’t close The light fixtures don’t work I don’t have a fire extinguisher (that is a safety hazard) They don’t answer the resident line, they’ll only answer if you’re looking to move in. Supposedly they came to fix everything since I got an email they were closing my maintenance request. The guy only fixed a drawer that the handle had been broken off ( yes that’s how badly rotted ALL OF THE WOOD IS) and he put a weather strip on my front door. Nothing else was fixed They said they have weekly pest control, never have I seen this since I’ve been here."

"I looked at a ton of apartment communities before I settled on Aspen I couldn't be happier! I applied for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and Erika, Roxy and Dean was very helpful, they made sure I felt very welcomed. Happy to be in my new home"

"RUNNNN AWAAAAYYYY LITERALLY FIRST DAY OF MOVE IN Roach was on the floor. I moved from Ohio and I must say worst place I've ever lived. I've lived in the ghetto plently of times but this was over priced for the area not to mention I couldn't even use the pool the first year I was here. I didn't renew my lease and now the new management isn't much of a improvement. But please don't waste your money you can pay the same at a place in Katy or Richmond nice places that don't have gun shots every night or loud music every other day. Plus you won't have to pay for the lame internet package that doesn't even work half the time. So please do your self a favor and don't move here."

"Within the last year, I have seen a major improvement within the facility. I hope that the owner gets to read this review as I would like to thank them in finally hiring the right people with the right skills set to run an apartment complex. Ms. Anderson (Manager) is very professional and sweet. She goes above and beyond in making sure that all residents voices are heard. My significant other who is a current resident maybe hard on apartment managers due to managers not prioritizing issues and communicating with residence. I want to thank all staff for keeping the grounds clean and making the apartment complex appear presentable. Ms. Anderson I hope you are being paid well $$$ for what you do. Keep up the great job and I hope you stick around for many years... Thanks TacoGan...."
