"Warning..Warning this company and their property, Lakeview Estates Apartments discriminate against people of color. I moved from their property on May 31st 2023, because it was located in a high violence crime area. All of a sudden, I have a debt, and my lease was up. I've sent several emails asking for the communication, invoice, or documentation as to the nature of their actions. Because I am a black woman, they feel they can just impact my credit, and I will take no action. I have a Master's degree and have an Executive level job. For example, they don't even have people of color working for the company. Next FB and IG! It's mighty funny how they didn't respond to the people with concerns. Again, proof they do not address conflict or issues when it truly matters. Highly unprofessional and horrible business. Don't move there! Your car will be vandalized, broken into, and car parts are occasionally stolen, too. To pay, what I was paying one would think the property would be more secure."
"Lakeview is quiet, very safe, and excellent management. Ms. Joanna was amazing during the duration of my stay, I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for her. I would definitely recommend if you are in the market you will not be disappointed."
"I have lived at Lakeview Estates for a while. I had a washing machine malfunction that could have caused serious flooding and damage to my unit. I would like to thank Ms. Joanna for her immediate response. She contacted her maintenance guy, Mr Juan Carlos and he provided very efficient, professional customer service. I would recommend someone here, for a quiet place to live. Thank you so much Ms. Joanna. You are a wonderful asset to our property. I’ve been her 16 years and it is very refreshing to have you as our manager."
