"I hate to say it but Ms. Laynette truly ruined the whole experience for us. She was so dry and nonchalant, when we were so hopeful & excited. Do you think that maybe she was trying to tell us something? Like RUN!?! Plus the fact that after the office was damaged in a fire, the building has yet to be repaired, made us wonder how swift would problems with the apartment be resolved? THEN I read the reviews. Did you read the one where a RACCOON came in to this man's apartment from the ceiling? I WOULD HAVE SLIPPED INTO A COMA!! Finding an apartment in your budget, that's safe and comfortable and feels like "Home" is EXHAUSTING but don't give up!!! IT'S OUT THERE SOME WHERE! Geez"

"Well I'm currently living here at Redstone vista and my move in was great thanks Lynette. Next thing my car was towed because Lynette didn't tell me about the parking pass the day of move so space city towed it off but thx to the manager I got it back without paying a fee. My refrigerator and stove was out two weeks before I received another and food went bad they never compensated me on my food and yes I complained and yes work order was put in. The roaches are definitely bad here I've been playing pest control my own self. On November 12,2023 my nice car was stolen from here at Redstone vista apts , so I asked manager do cameras work since they all around the apts and they charge folks to park reserved but naw the camera don't work! So I'm over this place and now they wanna talk eviction. Oh and the raccoons live here too all in the walls look close they come on a hole!!!"

"Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Raccoons in the ceiling, months old d asking them to fix their roach problem and they put it off like it’s not their issue to fix. Haven’t been able to cook food in my house for over a month bc of the roaches. It’s a health hazard to move into these apartments."

"One bedroom townhouse, one windows which is the patio door. Made it dark and dismal, roaches galore, pest control seemed to multiply them. Fix problems when THEY feel like it. My ceiling was leaking, plaster ended up falling down, had to email the corporate office and threaten to sue if I was injured from the ceiling falling. One trash can for MULTIPLE units so of course garbage ALWAYS overflowing. Then have the nerve to send mass texts about children leaving garbage bags on ground. Gate almost ALWAYS open (broken) other than that GREAT!"

"Don’t waste your time or your money. I just moved here two weeks ago. This has been the most worst experience of my life dealing with this apartment complex. We’re not gonna talk about the roaches in the bugs on top of that there was a water leak inside of my unit water was coming from the walls, overwhelming smelled of mold and mildew in the unit. I can’t even get it out. It’s been two weeks of trying to get the smell out of But can’t get it out. If it rains you might as well hang it up. The water will cover your foot just to get to your unit. They do not tell you about parking I woke up to days ago to go to work. my vehicle was down and told I ended up paying $500 to get my vehicle out of town just now I will not be here long because this is just ridiculous. But hands-down the office staff is awesome Miss Lynette. Lady to deal with and so pleasant but the apartment complex could be better"
