"I applied on Friday 10/13 and scheduled a tour since no one was at the office 10/12 or 13th The company texted me after 16th asking for my id and source of income since I already paid the deposit, I called twice that day no answer!! They took the money out and never offered a tour of the place. I understand I should have checked everything before I applied so I wasted $200 and I understand that, it’s still very unprofessional for someone to apply and not be offered a tour? Any info regarding their unit or living situations! Would not recommend leasing here UNTIL you speak to someone something very shady is going on here and I’d recommend anyone looking for a place to LIVE!! Do not let it be here from the reviews it’s horrible, and from my experience with the application there is no one on sight who knows what they are doing or care about you."

"I enjoyed living here! The location was amazing for the price, and my renovated unit was so cute. I was here for about three years, loved it but am moving due to work. The office staff is genuinely helpful and very pleasant to work with, and the maintenance crew is kind and quick. They have contests for paying rent early, which I won a couple of times! I’ve lived in a few apartments in my time, and this place was definitely my fave."

"I know it's not much but in the five years that I have been in Houston it is the first time that they give me such a bad service, the girls in the office do not do anything they do not answer the phone I pay for a service and I am not receiving it! Anyone who wants to try to live here in the future I better advise them not to try it because they will have a hard time. if you have any maintenance personnel please send them to building 20 as the water system is not working."
