"I Love Village Place! I have lived here for going on five years. People are super nice, it's the greatest location, maintenance and office people are super. I honestly don't think I could be happier. Are these older apartments? Yes, but I like the charm, big trees, nice people, location, school district, etc. It helps that I really like my neighbors too. I know that can be a deal breaker but I have wonderful neighbors in my building."
"I am giving this 5 stars because I absolutely love living here, but I will give an honest review of pros and cons. My husband and I have been here since September and hope to stay! First off, the location is amazing! It’s so close to i10 but you don’t hear any freeway noise, and also close to a police station which makes me feel safe. Management is also great! Cynthia is incredibly kind and very quick to respond to any issues or maintenance requests. The units themselves aren’t bad. Ours has a washer and dryer, and granite countertops which we appreciate. My only complaint about the unit is there is no actual storage closet, which has definitely forced us to declutter. As long as you’re willing to store things under the bed or in the closets you should be fine. Parking can be difficult at times if you have multiple cars, but being that every unit gets a free parking space I see absolutely no reason to complain. Rent is reasonable but pricier than I would prefer. Being that the houses across the street cost millions I think I understand and don’t think it’s over the top. Overall we are very happy here and find it to be a great and very friendly community!"
"They deserve 5 stars, absolutely love the place, very kind neighbors, safe and quiet, next to the park and library, parking spots always available, quick response for maintenance, Ms. Cynthia is very kind and professional, the apartment is very clean and has no any problems."
"If not the school district, I won't pay $100/month to live in this terrible and old place. Maintenance is terrible unless you pay tips to the maintenance guy, the management is not welcoming and lie everyday when it come to your needs. Small units, old and dirty kitchen, terrible Carpet and tons of roaches...."
"Cheapest place to live for the best elementary school in spring branch isd Maintenance guy lives on site and is super nice. Good office people But no Saturday hours (no biggie). Parking sometimes an issue but there is parking at night at library and park. Neighbors seem all really good people. Walk to memorial HS and Spring Branch Middle. Everything is so close it's crazy. Memorial city mall, choice of grocery stores, galleria, UH, downtown, Love it out here. Not A Fancy Place But Clean, inexpensive, double rent at same sized condos down the street (no joke) Lots Of Good kids so if you don't like kids, don't move here LOL This complex is a family place where folks want their kids in the best schools!"
