"I have nearly been here for 2 years in the beginning I had no issues but in this past year we have had issues nearly back to back due to water / boiler on top of other things. The weekend of Christmas they had a boiler issue and said they wouldn’t be able to fix it till the day after Christmas. That’s 4 days! Then I have been calling no answer at all and the door was closed when I decided to go in person. After that they sent out a text that it won’t be fixed until next week due to a part so that’s another 7 days w no hot water . This is getting ridiculous! Do not recommend anymore !"

"Kimberly Martinez was AWESOME! I love it when a person say something and keep their word! She had exceptional customer service and her attitude made me feel welcome as if I was already at home. I had two other apartment complex call me to come stay with them, but the trust she formed with me made me chose them over the two others. PLUS, their rent was competitive and the unit was refurbished."

"If I could give 0 stars I would Sorry to say but this is worse than being homeless. Nancy refused to show me my unit before move in, and to make matters worse I took off work to see my unit the day she told me my unit was “supposedly” ready and to my great dissatisfaction it wasn’t not. The day of move in I was not allowed to get my key until 2 hours before they closed Nancy told me this as well. Then I noticed my refrigerator was not working, I called the emergency line and never got a response even though I was assured it was an emergency. I was not able to talk to anyone until Monday morning, when I talked to Kimberly (The supervisor) I let her know the numerous things wrong with my apartment, she told me herself she was gonna walk my unit, and yet again another lie she had not been to my unit at all, she instead sent a maintenance man and came in said he would be back in 2 hours and never returned. I called Kimberly twice just to be ignored. I do not appreciate having a child in my home with a non working refrigerator"
