"I have been living here for almost 2 years. One of the reasons I moved here it was Taylor the manager at that time. When she was here everything was not perfect but at least she tried. Now it seems like there is not manager, like nobody cares about the tenants here. They'll send you a bill for the monthly rent adding all extra stuffs that you have to paid, it will be like almost $50 to $80 sometimes and they cannot tell you how they come up with this extra charges??? They will tell you to call the company who sends the bill and when you call the company they'll tell you that they just used the numbers sent by the manager or whoever send the percentage I guess. The maintenance person used to come and clean the hallways before, now no more, now you can see cigarettes left overs everywhere in the hallway at least in my floor, and this supposed to be a non smoking complex. I used to get emails and text message from management let us know what was going on in the complex. Now the only email or text message you'll get its to pay your rent. If you have a complaint about some noise, or another tenants they'll tell you to call the police, that they cannot do nothing about it. Right now I just went to the office and the person there told me that she has to leave right now because she needs to take her break now!! I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. This apartments were nice at year ago, now everyone is moving out. I will leaving soon as well. It is a shame because I really like this complex, but if the tenants that are paying their salary are treated as an inconvenience to them, I rather to go somewhere else and spend my money where at least they will listen to me."
"Apartments were new and clean, but way overpriced for what they offer. No amenities, not very good service. Hard to get in contact with leasing office. My lease is up and I am moving out. Right before leaving, I receive an offer to renew my lease at $750. This tells me that that is the actual price of the apartment, not the $1200 I was paying. I obviously didn’t renew, since I was informed too late of this offer. However, I was charged for the entire month and am still waiting to receive the amount I am owed back."
"Apartments are fine. They are new build and clean although the walls are really thin. They have a portal inside to regulate temp and the outside lock, although mine never worked. They told me they would replace it initially and after a few months of back and forth I just did everything manually. However, The trash valet is nice and maintenance is great and super helpful! Shoutout to him! He’s amazing! Leaving 3 stars because the water smelled like rotten eggs for most of the summer and while management did their best, it was really gross. I had to get a gym membership to shower. It’s apparently a city issue though? I also had a bad experience with the leasing office. They initially lost my notice to vacate and didn’t follow up so I got kind of blindsided a few days before I’m supposed to move. And someone who is new in the office was kind of rude. While i think it's silly to charge me for giving 56 days notice to vacate instead of 60. I understand rules are in place. However talking to her was really frustrating and all she would really say was “It was before my time. It was resolved. If I make an exception for you, I have to do it for everyone.” So I guess everyone else is having issues too? I know everyone has a bad day. She stressed that she came in to disorganized chaos with the her new management of the apartments. I hope she gets everything organized so she’ll be in a better mood because it really ruined mine."
"lived here for 2 years. I first loved it because I was the 8th person to live there freshly built. in 2022 the water smelled like sewage for about a month so I dealt with it. in 2023 the sewage smell came back right when summer started and it lasted 5+ months. no exaggeration the smell would stick to your skin , hair , shower curtains , your clothes when you did laundry. it was so dreadful. the leasing office was always empty but overall i liked living there. NOW the real problem is getting your deposit back. I was told November 10th, 2023 i was getting my full deposit mailed and to give it 30 days. it is currently January 22nd, 2024 and have received nothing. I even took it upon myself to reach out to corporate and I STILL get the run around. honestly for the price just look somewhere else. there’s no balcony , no pool , no gym , the pet area is non existent. not worth it for the price"
"The leasing office never opens. Every time you go there, it close. 9 times out of 10. Very frustrating and Feels like nobody cares. Very very thin walls. You hear Upstair's footsteps very loud and when you go to bathroom, music comes from upstairs like you actually turn your music on by yourself. Water bad been smelled like rotten for months. After they pumped it out several times, it almost gone away, but it cost me huge water& sewer bill which I don’t get why the tenants had to pay the cost. Other than that, it’s okay to live."
