La Primavera Apartments 10000 Hammerly Boulevard, Houston, TX 77080

"I work some late nights which means when I get home there's no parking, now mind you since I've been living in these apartments it's at least 8 to 10 parking spots that mark reseved, that no has ever parked in since I've been living here, with that being said my car has been towed 3 times since I been in these apartments, And it cost $275 dollars every time they tow it, so I was talking to my neighbor about the problem I was having and he told me that he works out of town a lot so if I ran into the problem of not having parking again that it was ok for me to use his spot so I did that, And guest what, I was still towed, so I call and ask why was my car towed again for the third time, And they told me because I didn't have a reserved sticker, I Explained to them that my neighbor told me that it was ok to use his spot and they tell me it don't work like that. SCAMMMNM!!! BEWARE BEFORE YOU rent these apartments or be ready to pay a extra $60 month for parking. That's the way they feel about they Tenants, definitely not signing no more leases Here."

"*Its only one star because zero isn't an option.* I pay rent on time majority of the time I pay days to a week BEFORE rent is even due, you would think I would have a working AC. No. Instead this last time I report the issue, call to see whats going on, put on hold and then hung up on, only to have someone come out a week later and claim to have fixed it but instead of blowing semi cool air I'm now getting warm air instead. Mind you this is basically the 4th or 5th (so many can't keep count now) time this has happened to me in the span of a horrible year. Won't go into details but this is just unacceptable, its already crazy hot out as it is and I can't escape it because I come home with my kids to this hot apartment. If we could leave we would."

"I am considering moving here and I'd describe the place as shabby. Here were some of my findings when touring the apartment. The unit had been postponed for viewing for "cleaning" but, it still was pretty dirty. Smelled of paint. The paint in general was very shabby. Damage to dishwasher. Stove was in poor condition, there were no plates on the stove. Pull out drawers were shaky and stiff. Closets are small, closet entrances are very small. Old appliances Noise from the street (Hammerly) is loud but, is better with the door closed. The second floor unit has a small patio. Definitely get a tour before renting a unit."

"HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE.... been living here going on now for 2 years. I was NOT happy at first due to the PREVIOUS management. things would not get taken care of or paperwork filed correctly, or in a timely manner. Now with new management, and updated Maintenance team, I am happy to say that i do plan Renewing here .... maintenance issues as well as any other "issues" are taken care of in a timely and professional manner."

"It's ok, besides sensitive, and nosy neighbors, but I guess that's In every complex. Laundry mats don't work, when the gate breaks down it takes a week for them to fix it. The gate doors are open so anyone can come and go. I have ants for a second story apartment ?? No matter how clean my apt is I see roaches around."
