"My name is Quizanae’ Cooper and I currently live at the Abbey at Champions. I've enjoyed staying here until the last few months. The unit 612 above me has been empty for 3 months and since it’s been empty the roach infestation has been out of control. My unit 611 is infested with roaches. I have not been able to cook in my home for the last 6 months. I have put in multiple requests for the problem to be resolved and addressed and the problem has still persisted. The last few days have been the worst in my life. I have not been able to sleep due to roaches crawling on me in the early hours of the morning in my sleep. I can no longer sleep in my room and bed and have to sleep on the couch in the living room. I have been to the office to explain that this is a nightmare and horrible situation. As I explained it to Melanie she suggested that I buy foggers and handle the situation myself. I explained that I pay for pest control and I would prefer to have the apartments handle it. Melanie stated that she can’t do anything about it and I told her that I can’t live within these conditions. Melanie stated that she would follow up with me on Monday and I never received a call back. When I brought this to her attention she lied and stated that she did call me back but I got no voicemail nor missed call from her. The lack of communication and empathy that your residents are experiencing is beyond comprehension. To live through this situation and have no compassion has been detrimental to my mental health. I recently put in my 60 day notice and also expressed why I was leaving on the notice. I put the roaches and customer service from assistant manager Melanie are the reasons I will not be renewing. This was placed at the beginning of the month and I will attach for reference. I am reaching to you all because this is my last attempt before I pursue legal actions and get my attorney involved. I would like to be moved to a sister property that was not built over 30 years ago. If I can’t be moved to a sister property I need for fumigation to be completed today. To prevent me from losing all of my property due to the infestation that I did not cause. Looking forward to speak with someone who can help resolve this issue in a timely manner. As of 1/25/2024 there is still mold in the bathroom and not fixed. The request was put in on 1/16/2024 and was not put into the system on 1/18/2024. I went into the office as of 1/25/2024 and greeted by Monica the office manager. When I asked her about the work order she proceeded to tell me that she called me yesterday 1/24/2024. I explained to her that’s 2 weeks have passed and the work order had not been completed. Which is a breach in the rental agreement because there has to be 72 hours for a request. There was no apologies for the inconvenience caused just deflection and attitude. The regional manager eventually spoke asking me when I would like the request to be fulfilled. I explained to him the same thing that I That I would like for it to be fulfilled now in the moment. He then stated that the work order could not be fulfilled until And I explained to him that that was an inconvenience due to Environment that creates. He perceives to tell me that he’s done talking waves his hand at me after he looks me up and down aggressively. I let him know that I was not done talking and that I did not like the way Was speaking to me. He stated that he’s not yelling when I asked him to lower his tone, and as he was standing in my face. Typically peoples they don’t listen to the reviews because the person leaving them is either evicted or Disgruntled. However, as you can see, this is not the case from the pictures that I have provided. Save yourself trouble And move somewhere else these reviews are not true. This place is horrible. I wouldn’t let my cat stay here if I didn’t have to. It’s funny how they have time to respond to bad reviews but not do the job. Like I said before don’t move here and waste your time. They are liars and these apartments are infested with roaches regardless of the responses."

"I have been here for almost a year (February will make a year) and this is my first apartment ! I’d like to say I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone ! Ever since we’ve been under new management it’s been nothing but problems ! I am currently pregnant and asked if I can move to a downstairs apartment the manager told me no that I would have to reapply and pay $300 to transition. I will just move to a new apartment complex. I’ve tried reaching out to the owner several times and still have not heard anything back from them. I have notified management that my apartment becomes very hot after 2pm it goes all the way to 86 degrees and it does not cool off until around midnight. I have also notified them that almost HALF of my outlets are loose or do not work and it still has not been fixed. When my lease is up I will be moving because the management here is horrible !"
"I’ve been living here for over 5 months now. It’s a very safe place to live, very quiet, clean, and well kept. If you have any issues maintenance is super quick and timely to resolve them. The front office is super responsive and helpful. There is always someone at the front desk during business hours to help. I also have had no issues with pests. The main downside to this apartment, and why I gave it only 4 stars, is extremely limited parking! If you’re moving here I highly highly suggest renting a car port so you don’t have to walk across the entire complex to get to your apartment. They also have lots of renovations going on as of right now on the parking lot to make it smoother (not larger unfortunately) so sometimes it gets to be a hassle."
