"Edited to say parking is ridiculous! You have visitors parking in resident’s spots, when I have a sticker I have to continuously park along the gate for visitors! I have had two cars prowled already… When I say RUN WHILE YOU CAN… The old management company was horrible. Allowed me to move into a home without cleaning it at all. I mean the place was FILTHY. The manager at the time refused to have someone come and clean. After paying a company out of pocket to spring clean, we found a roach infestation behind the dishwasher. I have put in several requests, to no avail, to have this contained and of course maintenance will process your complaint as complete (to them, putting your apartment on a list for when pest control comes is completing the task; yet you pay monthly for pest control). I have bombed, put down roach motels, sprayed….NOTHING WORKS! Then the ONE time pest control came, they come with some gel… some damn GEL!!! That I have already done myself several times! The a/c unit is housed in your bathroom. Living on the third floor, no matter how cold you put your a/c it is NO MATCH for the Texas heat in the summertime! You can put your a/c on 73, the coolest it will get is 76/77. It also drips profusely onto the bathroom floor, or into the tub. Throughout my tenure here, maintenance has been to my apartment a total of 30 times regarding the dripping a/c since it leaves puddles of water on my bathroom floor. Huge mistake! The new company came and took over November 2022. WITHOUT NOTICE. I went to pay rent to the old company, I was told the rent was applied to the new company, leaving me a balance with the old management company. While the new maintenance responds quickly and works effectively, the office is where it lacks. They are consistently telling you that if rent isn’t paid by the 15th, you will be evicted, yet Texas’s law (and my lawyer) states rent have to be unpaid for 30 days! They are also offering new tenants the “upgraded” apartments (repainted with a washer/dryer) for $300 less than what I’m paying in an apartment with no washer/dryer. They state it’s for the holidays, yet they’ve been offering this price to new tenants since October. Yet when your lease is up and you don’t want to renew, you have to pay $300 MORE than what you’re already paying. Almost $1500 for apartments being offered to new tenants for $900. This is almost comical. You would think they would offer the price to current tenants to develop rapport and keep tenure. Gates are almost always broken, and the cameras don’t work. Cars are constantly getting broken into, towed, or stolen. My car personally was attempted to be stolen, but they broke the handle off my car. They aren’t liable for this, but they can’t fix the things they ARE liable for, like the gate, and the cameras. No notice when something is happening, like the apartment in your vicinity being fixed on (loud noises from 7:00a-4:00p), the gate being broken (probable fixed time), when pest control will coming around (if you’re not home, you’re just not home, no motive staying they came, or when/IF they will be around again.) Only getting 2 stars for the convenience of the neighborhood."
"NEW BEGINNINGS!!! Resident for over three years. Changes with new management and owners haven’t been easy. However, I FINALLY see so many new improvements on the property. The renovations, lighting all over the community and most importantly PROFESSIONALISM, RESPECT and SUPPORT with the management team. Finally, WE HAVE THE BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM EVER!!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE!!!"
"PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE! I hade a lease here back in 2019 and this was without a doubt the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I had a fire ant infestation, my AC unit broke multiple times, Water leaked from my bathroom ceiling multiple times, the front gate was broken during the whole lease, the pool was never open, My packages would always go missing that were left at the front desk, and they stole my security deposit even though nothing was damaged once I moved out (I had taken photos to even prove my case) On top of that they went to a collections agency to get even more money out of me, which by the looks of these other reviews I'm not alone. I was a first time renter at the time and I cannot express this enough please don't move into this apartment complex, you're asking for trouble."
"If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would. Not only had the rent increased before moving out but there were cockroaches everywhere. They make it seem like these apartments are luxury but they’re really not. When we first moved in the apartment smelled like wet dog. We were told they were thoroughly cleaned but after running the vacuum over the carpets more than once we could tell they weren’t (we made sure to leave the apartment spotless after leaving). The shower head leaked water into a pocket in the wall, appliances are old, bathrooms are outdated, there was dog poop all over the place outside, dumpsters were always full to the brim, gates were always broken, and so much theft occurred (first month there our car was on bricks and a few months later my parents’ catalytic converter was stolen and we saw more cars on bricks too) we opted for a garage to store our car so it wouldn’t happen again for an additional $85 a month. They charge $5 a month for pest control yet there is no pest control, they also charge a $12 package delivery fee that is mandatory even if you don’t use it that is ridiculous. They have a sign saying there is camera surveillance and have cameras in the front but they don’t work. After this new management took over, it has really gone downhill. Maybe don’t charge more for apartments that aren’t worth it? If you weren’t so greedy, you would have more residents (happy ones at that). Our final bill after moving out was close to $3,000. Beware of the “lease verbiage still applying even after the lease is up”. Don’t let these people fool you."
