"My friend hasn’t had AC in his apartment for 2 weeks. The office has been contacted on multiple occasions. When this issue was address AGAIN on 02/26 their main concern was the pool…. What type of apartments allows their residents to sit in hot temperatures with no type of urgency. I do not recommend to live here whatsoever. Lack of professionalism and empathy."

"Found this apartment for my niece who was moving to an apartment from out of state. When we called, we were helped as though we were there in person. Staff was very easy to work with and answered any and all questions we had. It was even better when she arrived to walk the apartments and see how everything was prior to moving. My niece has loved her apartment for the 2 weeks she has been there."

"Apartments had multiple shootings and thefts. Dumpsters are constantly overflowing. They refuse to give back deposits and charged $75 per ceiling fan dust cleaning on move out. My dishwasher caught fire multiple times and they refused to fix it. The apartment water heater went out every 2 to 3 months. A neighbors refrigerator caught fire and burned the apartment while kids were present. Champions fire department had to put out the fire. You pay for covered parking but it is not regulated. People constantly parked in our spots and the apartment refused to take action although we had photos and proof of who kept doing it. Bats everywhere and in the common attic spaces. You can pesticide and seal your foor but there are roaches and worms everywhere. Dumpsters are constantly overflowing and office staff is unkind and malicious."

"I 100% recommend these apartments. The complex is nice and so quiet. The office workers are so nice. They have positive energy every time I see them or talk to them.The floor plans are lovely and clean. Stop reading reviews and apply with them. This is your NEW HOME!
