"My air conditioner has been out since March, its now June, and the HOA's dragging their feet. They are extremely slow to respond through email, unless it's to complain about the fans in my windows. They have sent out two separate companies to look at my unit (both of which didnt work on anything and didnt relay the issue to me) They finally sent out their in-house maintenance team, but they dont know the issue and cant do anything about it. The unit is still broken and they have no time frame on when they can find a company to work on this antique air conditioner. Summer is here and this entire week will be over 100 degrees. A few of my exotic pets have died from the heat, and all other animals in the house are suffering. Big mistake moving here."

"I’ve lived here 8 years and although condo life can be problematic sometimes, it is very quiet, convenient, with a lot of character and charm. Pool was recently completely renovated and it made a big difference. Much appreciated. Maintenance guys are great. Friendly and efficient. Most neighbors are very friendly and very nice. New management company, RISE, is a big improvement in service and response."
