"This guy is RUDE! Very bad costumer service, I received great service from another company after he called me a liar & abruptly hung up the phone in my face. The apartments he locates are not even worth living in ..they are infested with rats, roaches, & are in dangerous communities. I wouldn’t recommend him to even the most desperate person. Go some where else"

"@Rise Element: I believe, I talked to the same guy you have talked to. Yes, I agree that he is only willing to answer queries regarding the rent fees and assist you if you will move in to the apartment right away. However, according to him, they are only a small company and can only accommodate people who are moving in asap. He is not rude at all. He is just not playing around the bush. Know what I mean? A straight forward type of person which is not bad at all. Well, just my opinion. Hope you don't mind. FYI: He did not help me too but suggest to call someone who can (which means he is not really next to the commission he will get for every person who will sign up for their property.) ^__^"

"Don't waste your time with these people the guy I talked to was very rude. Very bad customer service. He asked me when would I be moving I gave him a time frame between now and June. My goal was to find something asap so that I can move. I started looking now because I know sometimes you have to start looking a little early. I will find my own apartment I can do the same thing he would have done, was only trying to help him get some commission. He wasn't even willing to discuss anything just told me he cannot help me unless I am moving right now. He doesn't want to wait long to get paid. I tried to tell him I could be moving now if I find something but he hung up the phone on me."
