"PROS: - I never feel unsafe, never heard of a break in or car damage here - Close to plaza with HEB, dentist, food, etc - Garage exit is on a street that isn't too busy - Amazon lockers = no stolen packages - Maintenance requests have been fulfilled within a day or two - Resident events every month or so are nice - 2 floors of guest parking in garage CONS: - FREQUENT water shutoffs and occasional power outages. It's pretty ridiculous and they'll happen for hours at a time. If you work from home, it's a massive pain, less so if you commute to work - It's one of those places that calls itself "luxury apartments" with some shoddy work. Trash chutes frequently jam. Using the balcony is difficult since the doors are misaligned - The 2nd floor smells pungently of weed, often - "zen garden" area is difficult to relax in since many residents take their dogs there, which proceed to attack each other Overall a good place to live, especially if you work nearby. But some headaches for sure. Also being just past the 610 loop adds quite a bit of time when visiting central houston."
"I lost my job. And I talked with office. They want $3500 early termination fee. I offer $2500. They don't accept that. I don't believe it. I told them. I can't afford it. They don't listen me."
"I love living here. The staff is always responsive and very pleasant . The community activities can’t be beat! Daily the staff can be seen sanitizing and taking care of the grounds. I am a transplant and feel a sense of family. I won’t leave until I purchase a home."
"I wish I could do 4 and a half stars. Love the location, the assigned parking spots, the staff and the community. Wishing there were upgrade packages available for the units (meaning wishing I could brighten up apartments units with cool colors, adding back splashes and stainless steel appliances) I also wish the hallways were a little brighter. The staff is always nice and responsive. Fetch is a little annoying when they don’t pay attention to where they need to leave packages. At one point there was a heavy water problem, meaning constantly off and I get we were in a drought, but it doesn’t help the inconvenience to us. The staff did a good job with communicating when they knew but there was a couple of times that the city of Houston cut it off and didn’t let anyone know. That was the only main issue that I had that I can think of. I kind of miss the food trucks on Wednesdays."
"I love this community. My apartment is gorgeous. The staff is caring and responsive. The grounds are impeccable and very well kept. I love the secure garage parking and door to door trash pick up. Not to mention there are weekly food trucks onsite! I was nervous to move here because of the plumbing issues I've read in past reviews, but the new managemenrt has since fixed everyting. I would highly recomend this community."
