"My experience with them has been good over the years. The office personnel is responsive to repairs and emergencies. Like today we had a partial outage and they made sure someone came. The maintenance technician went beyond for us even making sure our heating unit was working. Also changed the air filter. He gave good and professional service."

"If I could rate this place zero stars I would I had a planned move in date unit number in all then after approval a week later I was told that I owed my old apartments and they couldn’t proceeded until proof of payment I provided proof of payment everything was good to go I had a scheduled move in for Dec 21I called two days before my move in date only for them to tell me the unit wasn’t ready and they had no estimated completion date tbh I’m not sure why I was never notified I was told they would refund my deposit and app fee I’ve still never got my app fee after multiple calls I wouldn’t recommend this place at all"

"Terrible management during time of this post June 2018. The main manager bullies and discriminates certain residents depending on your race. I witnessed him mean balling and speaking terribly to one Hispanic resident. Trying to find upper management that placed someone like that in this elderly community. It’s a shame!"
