"I have been living here for 6 years. I have seen 6 different mangers. Every month the water is turned off. I went on vacation for 7 days and came back no water. Went to the office and asked when the water will will be on they said they didn't know. They waiting on a part. So with that been said I WILL BE BREAKING MY lease."
"This complex was way better when I moved in before they shut the pool down and painted the complex blue. Gates operated fine , front office was professional. Now the gate on walnut bend is always open. When security is onsite, they hang out at tenants apartments and there always seemed to be some sort of language barrier with them. My suspension is whacked out because of potholes big enough to swallow a car or leave you with a flat. Short or no notice on frequent water issues , to add to that , frequent issues with hot water. After being a tenant for a while now , I asked about upgrading to a bigger unit and I was told I would need to place a 500$ deposit on an unavailable unit which would put me in line for 3 months pending vacancy and only if I was approved after move out inspection,(which to I was asked if I wanted to do the walk thru the day I asked about upgrading . Seemed backwards to me) Slowly but surely its turning into a government aided living in my opinion. Used to be quiet and subtle and now , these newer tenants are loud and at times obnoxious. It seems “neighbors A” somehow associates with “neighbor B” that knows “neighbor C” in the building across the parking lot that knows “neighbor D” in the adjacent building and are often yelling from patio to patio to just converse. I had a good run living here but I just can’t wait to hand over the keys and get more bang for my buck elsewhere. To those potential future residents, at this time I would consider checking the complex out after hours vs office hours and formulate your opinions on just the property itself."
"the staff is rude!!! that Hispanic lady Ivonne in the front talks to you like you like you dont know what your talking about the roaches in these apartment are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! and they hit you with unexpected fees to add to your rent .... please take precaution and look somewhere else to live"
"The staff there are rude as the others richmark property staff. Talk to you as you’re stupide and don’t understand a single word of English. It’s been 1-2 weeks trying to cash the manager to fix my bills because they charge me extra but looks like he’s not évent working there anymore."
