"I honestly wish I could give this whack apartment complex -5 stars. My vehicle was stolen here TWICE within the last 4 months, and management confirmed to me after I sent a rather lengthy angry message to them that my vehicle was the only one being stolen over here. I don't know or talk to anybody over here. I go to work, go hit the gym, and come back home. Simple. Just mind my own business. But somebody over here at this apartment complex has been targeting me and my vehicle. I expressed this the first time to management and they didn't do anything. It happens again about 5 days after I just got my car back after not having it for 101 days! All I get is "well, crime happens everywhere", which is 100% true, but why is my vehicle the only one over here coming up missing all the time?! And how does it happen again within 5 days if it wasn't here for a whole 101 days?! I know why... BECAUSE I'M BEING TARGETED!! I understand that management cannot move mountains, but I mean... Y'all can't even send out a simple community post or mass email stating "Hey guys. A tenant over here may be being subject to a targeted theft. Please keep a look out for any suspicious activity." We have a "gated community" and the gate is damn near never closed, and supposedly overnight security that ain't securing nothing but an easy check!! But I know why nothing was done... It is because nobody cares until it happens to them. Not even management. Just a horrible complex with a careless management team who does not care about the well-being and safety of their residents!! It goes without saying, but PLEASE...PLEASE do not move over here! Especially if you have a nice looking car with a V8 in it that you worked SO HARD for!! But even beyond that, just PLEASE don't come over here! Oh, and one last note... My window that was cut out of my car when it was stolen for the second time last week is STILL ON THE GROUND! I took the photo that is attached here less than an hour ago tonight!! It has been literally 7 days since this happened and the glass is STILL THERE!!! Why is it still there?! Because careless management doesn't care to clean it up because they don't care that it was stolen TWICE!!! DO. NOT. COME. HERE!!"

"I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and I plan on renewing my lease. The staff is great. They recently have some new staff and management changes but I’m glad the manager AJ and Matt and Diamond are still here. I might of not renewed if they wasn’t. They are Great! I highly recommend moving here."

"This place is getting bad!! Maintenance is sucks tbh. Keep closing maintenance request services without fixing anything. The also do an awful and horrible job. Apartment complex is becoming dirty (trash everywhere). Do not bother responding with any contact information to this review, no one answers anyways!!"

"Don't move here!!! The gate has been broken since it changed from The Columns At Westchase to Sola Westchase. It has been 3 months. Maintenance requests go unanswered and are closed without fixing anything. I witnessed an armed robbery during the middle of the day. This place is no longer safe!!! Management doesn't care about their tenants."

"These apartments are beautiful , I am going on my second year living here and me and my kids love it her , between the quiet neighborhood , well kept pool , as well as the gym it's been great ! Any minor fixes I have needed was fixed right away . Diamond was so very helpful and made my move in process so smooth ! If you are suggesting these apartments I absolutely recommend ."
