"Do not move here ! They have ROACHES!!! They claim pest control comes, but they dont do anything about the ROACHES!, they place is not up to code , trash everywhere, you will see so not let them try to trick you because of the price. Roaches is the biggest problem here. You will have roaches all in your stuff. I came from California and never had to deal with pest, it’s gross. The roaches are all in the walls"

"Don't expect any maintenance help from this complex. After waiting 2 WEEKS for a second story outdoor stairway lightbulb to be changed, I went to home Depot, bought a $5 bulb, and changed it myself. Embarrassing!!"

"This is really the same place as Westmount @ Braesridge, so I'll give it the same review - I really like it here. The office staff is friendly & welcoming - Kevin & Elaine are knowledgeable, professional & quickly respond to questions or concerns. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. They did a great job updating the apartment with new appliances, flooring, carpet and paint. It's clean, comfortable & secure."

"Since COVID-19 the management of this facility has decided to raise rent despite it mostly being elderly with limited means. Its gross and distasteful to consider such at this moment in time. It is financially abusive. My mother is here and we are moving her to another facility as a result. I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever, their management has made a terrible choice to increase rent on people with very limited means in a time like this. They should have better respect and consideration of their residents. Terrible."
