"They have roaches in the apartment s The office gets mad if u feed the feral kitties It was not their fault have been abandoned by previous owners So I guess is wrong to have a heart ND feel something for the cats If someone would done something anything for those feral cats a long time ago They would not be as many as they are They need to be spay ND neuter. So what you supposed to do let them starve to death People are good getting kitties ND puppies But once they grow ND they need more attention ND become more responsibilities they get dump,abandon thrown away like garbage Animals are not toys"

"I lived here for over 3.5 years and my experience with the office and neighbors used to be good. Until recently that some new people moved in with loud music which has made my life miserable to the extent that I can't sleep in my bedroom at night. The office can't solve the problem and I am practically forced to move out. Although I am on month-to-month basis, management is making me pay two extra months of rent. So unfortunately the experience of living here ended very badly."

"Its a really quiet and secure place. I be living here for 3 years and i have never seen no drama. It also has a Security that be checking every car that comes inside of the apartments."

"I have lived here for over 10 years and have seen quite a few changes both good and bad. Management has changed several times, but the latest manager is ok. Some apartments get renovated when not occupied while others get a quick makeover depending on the turn around time for move in. They need more or bigger dumpsters because the dumpsters seem to fill quickly. Maintenance picks up the free blowing debris daily. The greenery is trimmed and cut regularly. When there's an issue in my apartment maintenance responds quickly but you sometimes have to stay on top of them to finish. Make sure you pay your rent before the 3rd and if the 3rd falls on a Sunday and the office is closed be sure to have your pre-dated money order. Always get a copy of your money order and have them sign as a form of receipt. The parking is limited after 3p and and light on weekends (since people be out on the town). On site laundry facilities are decent and kept clean."
