"ROACHES The Roach problem here is ridiculous, as you can see since they deleted the review , it’s true, this place just needs to put their residents in a hotel for a day and have pest control do a whole treatment. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The rent is affordable but it comes with roaches, you have to get your own spray and be your own pest control, to control the roaches. They come out of the wall, they come out the smallest of cracks. Just be careful, all it takes is 1 roach and you will start seeing them all over your furniture, kitchen, carpet, pantry, and bathroom. I should not have to kill pest everyday. That’s ridiculous, either they need to Renovate or have someone look deeper into the roach problem. Cold air comes into my apartment front door while it’s closed shut, everything is just horrible I hate it , I hate pest roaches , I like is the price and staff so that’s why I stay. The cleaning people don’t really do their jobs, there is trash everywhere, they need to set standards for their residents."

"I lived here for two years. no security! the gate is almost always open. I left last month because shots are heard at night, cockroaches and my cars were stolen twice. the women in the administration are rude and when you leave your deposit they will deduct things that even they cannot explain. besides, the administration has something shady, they charged me an amount for a new contract and now that contract disappeared and supposedly they charged less."

"I am giving Braesridge a 4star rating due to one man whose made living here enjoyable again....Walter, the newly named manager! This is my second go round living here. This first time was in the 90s and it was great! I moved back here in 2019 and was quickly disappointed with the management in place. Chaos and unprofessional tactics were the norm. Maintenance requests took 2, 3, and one time 6 calls to get security lights on in the courtyard. Hooray for Walter for taking pride in doing a good job! He is hands on and always surveying the property to make improvements. I deducted 1 star because there is a huge roach problem, and now that the weather is getting warmer, there are tiny unknown bugs that are being seen. In fairness, I have never had pest control treat my apartment because I work on treatment day and have a dog that I'm concerned about the safety and method of treatment if not there to see it administered. I have researched and used every roach hack, spray, traps...etc. everything to no avail. If I can figure out a way to rid the roaches, I'll come back to amend my review. As along as Walter is here leading by great example of how to manage in the residents best interest, I'll stay a while longer."

"I really like it here. The office staff is friendly & welcoming - Kevin & Elaine are knowledgeable, professional & quickly respond to questions or concerns. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. They did a great job updating the apartment with new appliances, flooring, carpet and paint. It's clean, comfortable & secure."

"The office staff is wonderful. They are very efficient and friendly. They are always very helpful. It is a plus to live in such a nice complex with such friendly office staff and managers. I enjoy receiving the calendar every month and the activities that I can attend. I especially enjoy the lunches and breakfasts. Thank you very much. Debbie Heidemann"
