"This place is such a lie, they have a ton of FAKE 5 star reviews and it’s sad. If you go here on your own time you will see that it’s a slum, I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. Gun shots every night, residents playing loud music ALL NIGHT and screaming, your clothes gets stolen from the laundry mat that always has broken equipment, people throwing trash everywhere on the floor, dumpster areas always overfilled with trash bags and old furniture and when it rains the whole place smells like urine. Management is super sketchy and not helpful for anything and will raise your rent without notice multiple times. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy who takes pride in his work everything else is garbage."

"WARNING READ MY REVIEW BEFORE RENTING! First, the 5 star reviews below are completely fake and inaccurate, don’t trust them and don’t trust their model apartments they show you before you sign a lease. Visit the apartment complex and look at the whole thing (especially in the evenings and weekends) and you will realize it is a very dangerous slum littered with trash, broken glass everywhere, stray animals, and very irresponsible adults. There are gun shots on the premises a lot and little to no police response no matter what the call is for, the laundry areas are only open when the office is open and the machines are always dirty and barely working even though they charge a crazy price to use them, you have to drive to a store to pay rent like it’s the 1950s, when it rains the whole apartment smells like pee, and a lot of the residents have no respect for their neighbors and will stay up screaming, blasting music, leaving beer cans littered all over the place. I could go on for a lot longer but hopefully this is enough to discourage you from moving here. Apartment locators are free so I would find an apartment locator to help you find a safe place to live you can find a way better place to live that will accept you and be around the same price. Don’t live here because you think it’s your last option."

"They are always shutting the hot water off or i don’t know what it is.. they leave you with no hot water the whole weekend + days.. and they keep raising rent money because of the “water” what’s the point on paying it if it’s never working.. make it make since! And it’s been always like that so.. Also they will have you with no power the whole day and night it’s the worst!"
