"I signed a 6 months here for a studio apartment paying $738 a month. It was okay at first but then I saw a mouse and then another one. There were maybe 10 mice in my apartment, they brought in maggots and were eating my food on my counters and in my cabinets. It was horrible. But the office staff were very friendly for the most part."

"They do not care about the renters all they care is about the money, as u can see this side of the wall fell while i showered and weve called to get it fixed but guess what they DONT CARE!!, my parents have called the office plenty of times and they still wont fix damages to the apartment they are asking us to pay for damages that have been in this aprtment for as long as i can remember,its not worth it here. i suggest looking for somewhere else to rent. no se decidan rentar aqui esta jente lo unico que le importa es el dinero el matenimiento no sirve y nunca bienen NO RENTEN AQUI!."
