"The short version: Great for the cost; water and electricity included; maintenance on-site; plenty of parking; nice area close to everything; and great staff (Judith and Yasmin were always available and responsive). The longer version: My parents lived in this community for over five years. Like many communities there are always plus and minuses but overall we can't complain. There were times that stuff broke in the house and the staff was responsive and kept us up to date with what was going on; it was helpful to have the maintenance staff on-site for fast service. The grounds could be kept better, hence the 4 star rating and the appliances in the apartment could use an upgrade. The AC/heater is not something you can adjust, but for the most part it worked well, hence the electricity is included. The only reason my parents just moved was because they wanted a bigger space and no carpet. Overall this is a nice community for a low cost."

"SCAM! They suspiciously couldn't find my renters history. So I went2old complex & got renter's proof myself. $500 extra deposit was DEMANDED($1k in total)or they wouldnt give me the key day of move-in. I told them that's INSANE & I'd like corporates # 2 complain. They refused. Which is ILLEGAL b.t.w. I had2 call my apartment locator & ask him 2look in his database 4the # & address. So I drove2 the location registered. Turns out their 'corporate office' is a sketchy mailroom on the other side of town. Makes u wonder what they are trying to hide if they're giving fake information 2the Better Business Bureau & tricking folks w/last minute fees refusing 2 give u the key unless u fork up additional $500 deposit. Red flags & UNETHICAL business practices. Not 2 mention the day i came 2 pick up the key there was a shooting in the complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"Very bad service the apartments do not cool well. the air conditioning is bad, the manager (Judyth) does not attend well is very rude and does not know how to work with people very bad customer service and at the end, they do not want to return your deposit inventing cleaning things, and in two occasions the employees entered without permission in my apartment (they have key) ... very bad to live there, bad parking as well"

"Office was never opened when it should have been. And office people lie and give 2 different answers to your questions. None of them seem to know what they are talking about. If renting here keep all documents and record everything and anything."
