"I had never left such a bad review as the one I am going to present here, I started living in this complex in 2017 until 2019 and in those years I fell in love with the complex, its organization and the security they had at that time, the maintenance was very efficient, for personal reasons I moved and I moved again in 2021 with the same expectations that I had since I lived here, but my surprise was that everything deteriorated very quickly, security dropped enormously, the efficiency of the office also, I did not they renewed the contract when I requested it, I had to pay the fee for their mistake, for the second contract they did not put my previously declared daughter and neither did my dog, which caused a nuisance, in the maintenance part an older man named Oscar lies I don't know if he doesn't like to work but the times I ask for maintenance service they don't come and send me a message that it has already been solved but you see the man talking with the maintenance ladies, sitting or sleeping in the golf cart they use for be transported, if this is the head of maintenance the others have a bad example. I am giving it one star because this manager and the current administration do not maintain the standards of before. The complex is well located but the administration has deteriorated a lot"

"Maria was my main contact here throughout the entire moving process. I had not lived in an apartment community in over 15 years, but she made me feel like I could ask her anything. I've lived here for over 3 weeks now, and I'm loving it so far. The apartment is small, but clean. The entire staff in the office as well as the people who do the yard and who do the maintenance are all very nice. Kudos to everyone in the Memorial City Apartments Office. Great job!"
