"Living at this complex has been a pleasure. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Office manager, Jennifer, is always so nice and takes good care of everything. We rarely have anything to complain about after living here for 2 years. The only reason we’d move out is for a house, not for another complex. Thank you for your wonderful service."

"I love my apartment. For the most part it’s pretty quiet. I have been here almost a year and I do plan on renewing my lease. All of the staff are approachable including the maintenance team. When my son asked me was I moving a few months ago I said nope, I have found my forever home. I started walking everyday after work and just the horn blows and the thumbs up kept me going. You guys were my motivation. I love it here!!"

"Lakes at cypresswood is most likely the best apartment I ever stayed in! I’ve been here for 2 years now and I love it.. Property manager Jenifer is the coolest hands down best Property manager there is! All the staff members help and give me very quick positive responses. Miguel , “ maintenance “ is the best handy man worker here, I only request for him if I need anything done inside the apartment. Pool is always clean and updated , Walking by the lake with the ducks and beautiful mini lake is always a great vibe. Just don’t forget to bring something for the ducks. Overall I will give this apartment a 4.9 out of 5.. for any new tenants coming to visit and see this review, just remember Jennifer and Miguel.. The other staff is also nice and always showed me respect but those are the top 3 best here for sure!"

"I have lived here for about 4 years now and have seen management change. While my experience with the apartments and the prior management in the beginning was not at all up to par, since the new management has taken over I’ve seen great improvements. This property boasts not just one, but two pools to enjoy, and the main pool is gorgeous. I LOVE my apartment. It’s super cozy and my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. When reporting any maintenance issues, they have always come the same day to address the problem. I really enjoy living here!"
