Portico at West 8 Apartments

"The one Star is for the Nice building and good maintenance team, really bad management, not professional at all, old management and new, front desk included. Cant solve issues, bad at communicating, no follow ups, zero customer service skills. Fire alarm issues Theft issues Vandalism issues Payment system issues Water cuts off all the time for “maintenance” Bad faith rent price negotiation, they tell you a price to cancel your move out notice then when they send the contract its a higher price and they deny they agreed with you on a price, luckely I had a voice message from them so they had to honor the agreement! I am glad that i moved out. Not worth the price at all"

"We have consistently experienced great customer service & residential support from Portico West 8. In particular the staff, starting with Kacie, she is always very friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process for our multiple units. Shirley and Veronica are also always willing to assist with any matter. During maintenance issues we have received prompt response. Each time I have visited this community is welcoming and grounds are kept very clean. We intend to continue leasing from this great community."

"Recently went to tour the property and was helped by Kacie she was super friendly and went above and beyond when it came to her explaining all the amenities the property had to offer. She was very detailed about everything regarding the property and in general we just loved the service. I will be making this my new home once my contract is up where I currently reside!!!!"
