Put a boot on the door on the 7th Has File a eviction on me As of the 8th of the month and takes things to personal and has a attitude ..we all get in situations where we might be late but this is ridiculous...she didn't give me time to pay after I told her I would pay and the the day I would pay on and she files a eviction anyway just to make things more complicated,,wow.....fyi think twice...if you talk to anyone here talk to Fybi she's the most understanding never changes you still taking a chance because Martha could get involved"

"These Apartments only sweet and helpful when they want your money. All these people that's giving them five stars are lying to you.There's a shootout every two to three days. After telling them what was going on with me, they gave me a list of different agencies to help with my rent. While giving me mixed information, I lost my apartment. One was saying that they dont take the assistance that sends the money to tenants but they other kelp telling to call and see if they can send it to me cause they dont accept assistance that sends the money to the apartment cause sometimes they'll take it back. I have a video of one saying I got approved for help and also has a list I can call just in case and the other one telling me to see if they can send me the money. The apartment was smelling so bad, it literally took a month or so to air out. The fans don't work, the Garbage disposal doesn't work, the plugs in the bedroom keeps going out, The ceiling in the bathroom looks like it's going to fall down and is leaking, the bathtub and sink was painted to cover up the rust, the apartment complex is filled with fleas and ticks. And some of the people who live there keeps up with so much drama. LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR RATINGS CAUSE THOSE ARE THE REAL FACTS."

"Love the location! Some units have a washer & dryer, I choose a unit without but there’s laundry mat and a Kroger located right down the street, so I don’t have to go far which I like! If you have lots of clothes then you’ll love the walk in closets! There’s plenty of space! Great price for what you get! Ms. Fiby was an awesome help, getting me set up and moved in!"

Mrs.Martinez is an amazing leaser and she’s so respectful and works well with you. if you ever decide to stay here I recommend Mrs.Martinez."
